CONTACTING US

Contact information is provided above. Be aware that while we do try to respond to everyone’s inquiries and repair needs as quickly as possible. During busy times throughout the year it may take a bit longer for us to respond to phone calls, voice messages, or emails, while concurrently assisting walk-in customers and working to complete repairs. So your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.

When contacting us, it’s recommended that the following information be available/provided:

  • Your phone number (especially when emailing because we will likely need to call you),
  • Year, make, and type of RV (e.g., motor home, trailer, truck camper, 5th wheel, etc.). We don’t need to know the model of the RV as that will not have any impact on what appliance(s) your RV has.
  • Make and model number of the appliance(s) to be repaired (if available and/or applicable); not the model of the RV itself as that has no impact on which appliance(s) your RV has.
  • Additional details about the repair(s) that explains what is and/or isn’t working (e.g., When I turn the refrigerator on electric it never gets cold, but it seems to ignite and work fine on gas…and so on).

That said, it can be difficult for us to diagnose a repair and provide an estimate of how much it will cost without seeing and/or checking the item(s) firsthand. As that would be much like telling the doctor your chest hurts and expecting a diagnosis without them seeing you in-person or utilizing any lab or x-ray work. It’s a bit challenging! So on the front-end, we do our best to provide you with general estimates and/or a range of potential costs based on the information you’ve given us during the inquiry phase. Then unless otherwise discussed up front, as work progresses and unknowns are discovered, we work to keep you informed on the repair(s) and costs, so there are no surprises on the back-end.
