CONTACTING US

Contact information is provided above. Please be aware that while we do try to respond to everyone’s inquiries and repair needs as quickly as possible, during busy times throughout the year it may take a bit longer for us to respond to phone calls, voice messages, or emails, while concurrently assisting walk-in customers and working to complete repairs. And with the uptick in RV purchases in recent years, those situations will be even more prominent.

For every inquiry, we recommend that your phone number (especially when emailing), the year of the RV, the type of RV (e.g. motor home, trailer, camper, 5th wheel, etc.), the make/model number of the appliance to be repaired (if applicable), along with any details about the repair needs be shared.

That said, it can be difficult for us to diagnose a repair and provide an estimate of how much it will cost without seeing and/or checking the item(s) that require repair firsthand. As that would be much like telling the doctor your chest hurts and expecting a diagnosis without them seeing you in-person or utilizing any lab or x-ray work. It’s a bit challenging! So on the front-end, we do our best to provide you with general estimates and/or ranges of potential costs based on the information you’ve given us during the inquiry phase. Then unless otherwise defined, as work progresses, we keep you informed on the repair(s) and costs, so there are no surprises on the back-end.
