CONTACTING US

Contact information is provided above. Please be aware that while we do try to respond to everyone’s inquiries and repair needs as quickly as possible, during busy times throughout the year it may take a bit longer for us to respond to phone calls, voice messages, or emails, while concurrently assisting walk-in customers and working to complete repairs. And with the uptick in RV purchases in recent years, those situations will be even more prominent.

For inquiries, we recommend that you provide the following:

  • Your phone number (especially when emailing because we will likely need to call you),
  • Year and type of RV (e.g., motor home, trailer, camper, 5th wheel, etc.)
  • Make and model number of the appliance(s) to be repaired (if available and/or applicable)
  • Additional details about the repair(s) that explains what is and/or isn’t working (e.g., When I turn the refrigerator on electric it never gets cold, but it seems to work fine on gas…and so on).

That said, it can be difficult for us to diagnose a repair and provide an estimate of how much it will cost without seeing and/or checking the item(s) firsthand. As that would be much like telling the doctor your chest hurts and expecting a diagnosis without them seeing you in-person or utilizing any lab or x-ray work. It’s a bit challenging! So on the front-end, we do our best to provide you with general estimates and/or a range of potential costs based on the information you’ve given us during the inquiry phase. Then unless otherwise defined, as work progresses, we keep you informed on the repair(s) and costs, so there are no surprises on the back-end.
